I build growth engines — in search, in AI visibility, and in products. Most of my work is about finding the gap between how systems are supposed to work and how they actually work, then building something in that gap.

WaitDelta came from one of those gaps. Indian applicants were making critical visa timing decisions based on Reddit threads and outdated spreadsheets. The official data existed — it just had terrible UX and no memory. So I built the layer on top.

I am based in Mumbai. I read widely and randomly — the kind of reading where you start on visa policy and end up on Roman aqueducts two hours later. That is probably not a coincidence.
